Abstract :Scientific and methodical recommendations on benchmarking of motor transport enterprises business-processes have been offered. Its features are substantiation of the choice of enterprise-partner in benchmarking and using the method of hierarchies analysis for determination of the priority of business-processes estimation indexes and a «sample» process as an object of comparison. The enterprises-partners are chosen both from the position of enterprise-producer and from the position of consumer by balancing efforts of the enterprises and expectations of consumers concerning their activity. A «sample» process is chosen on the basis of global priority value, determined by the method of hierarchies analysis. |

Abstract :The methodical approach to determination of competence of motor-transport enterprise (MTE) employees which uses the methods of analysis of time expenditure has been offered. It differs from the existing ones by the way of choosing the basic competencies of the employees of each category from the general list (the system of competences) and setting their desired values considering the ponderability. The algorithm of determining competence of lawyers with the help of the method of paired comparisons is presented. The criteria for the assessment of available competencies of motor-transport enterprise drivers have been developed. |
